OpenAI GPT-5.6 LunaFast tier
Let's wait until it's dark and all the old folks aren't creeping around the hallway.
Everyday dialogue reads fine on the Fast tier. With references, slang and tone of voice, what does a higher tier add?

Lass uns warten, bis es dunkel ist und die ganzen Rentner nicht mehr im Treppenhaus rumkriechen.
They plan to wait until dark, when the residents have left the stairwell, before entering the apartment.
Let's wait until it's dark and all the old folks aren't creeping around the hallway.
Let's wait till dark, when the old folks stop shuffling around the stairwell.
Treppenhaus means the stairwell. Astra preserves that specific location; Luna’s broader “hallway” loses the stairs. Both convey the plan to wait until dark, but this small detail changes how we picture the building.
A few examples do not measure overall accuracy or mean that a higher-tier model is better on every line.

Your plan decides which models you can use. Subtitles and web pages share the credits, and a top-up adds more when they run out.
Start from the models you need, then from how many credits the month takes — estimate that from the shows and pages you usually read.
Short on credits? A top-up covers it — you do not have to move up a plan just for the amount.

Demanding long reads, subtle dialogue.
From everyday reading to lines worth weighing twice.
Episodes and pages are each estimated from the whole plan's credits and cannot be added together; an episode is about 500 subtitle lines and a page about 6,000 characters. Web pages are charged by what is actually translated. Every plan includes web translation; streaming support does not include the platform's own membership.

About
This assumes all the plan's credits go to the chosen model; when you mix models, they share the same credits.

A few things you may want to know first.
Small, Medium, Large and X-Large are plans. What mainly separates them is which models you can use; each also comes with monthly credits and a set of streaming platforms. Fast, Standard, Pro, Flagship and Master are model tiers. Within a plan you can switch models; they share the credits and each is charged at its own rate. If the credits run short, a top-up covers it — you do not have to move up a plan just for the amount.
An episode here means about 500 subtitle lines. Longer episodes and films use more credits; a two-hour film is estimated at about 2,000 lines. Web pages are estimated at about 6,000 characters and charged by what is translated. Before you translate an episode or upgrade a translation, the extension shows the estimate.
With the same model, parts you have already paid for are free to rewatch; watching further only charges the new part. Switching models or upgrading a translation may cost extra, and you see the amount before confirming. Web pages served from your cache cost nothing.
Under Plan and usage in the extension you can see your current plan, its dates and remaining credits. Comparing plans and estimating here never changes your subscription.
Unused plan and top-up credits roll over to the next month, last one more month and are spent first. Rolled-over credits do not roll over again. If you stop or your plan expires, rolled-over credits freeze and their countdown pauses; any plan unfreezes them and the remaining time resumes. You can add credits for this month on the top-up page.
After signing up and verifying your email, eligible new accounts can claim a 7-day, 80-credit trial in the extension on the Fast tier. It covers Netflix, Disney+, Crunchyroll and Prime Video subtitles plus web translation. At typical lengths that is one film and one episode; actual usage depends on subtitle length.
